Connectivity Issues

Update: Monday 8th August 8.20am: 

Amazon returned service to our servers at 11.30pm last night, however they are still experiencing intermittent problems. They are continuing to work to restore connectivity.

Update: Monday 8th August 9.10am: 

After testing, we can confirm that full service has been restored to the Fish Media Servers.

 

Griffin Planned Network Enhancements

Operations are undertaking planned congifuration changes to the SAN network located at the Derby 1 data centre.

This work is to improve the responsiveness of the network and provide better convergence of the links used at the data centre. Affecting No customer impact is anticipated but there is a slight possibility that SAN services may experience a short period of disruption during the work.

Griffin Planned Network Enhancements

Start: Saturday 31st October
Completion: Sunday 1st November

Griffin require important planned maintenance to the data centre, which means improved power supply for additional load and resilience.

The dates for the works is Saturday 31st October, finishing in the early hours of Sunday 1st November. The reason for the work is to bolster the power supply to this data centre, to ensure that it is more resilient and will be less of a risk moving forward to all customers services contained within it.

The initial estimated time that Griffin need to take the current infrastructure down is an estimated period of 3-4 hours within this maintenance window.
